DoppAPI is an independent reseller of AI API credits. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Zhipu (GLM), Alibaba (Qwen), or any AI model provider ("Providers"). Provider names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe API compatibility.
We broker access to AI model APIs through a third-party relay service. You receive an API key and a base URL that you use like any OpenAI-compatible API. We do NOT host, run, train, or control the underlying models, and we are not the source of the API.
The service is provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, speed, model accuracy, or that any specific model is served by an "official" provider account. The relay may change, throttle, substitute, or discontinue models at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoppAPI is NOT liable for: (a) any outage, data loss, rate-limiting, substitution, or discontinuation caused by the upstream relay or the Providers; (b) any data you transmit to or receive from the relay; (c) the content, accuracy, safety, or legality of any model output; (d) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy is the remaining credit balance on your key, if any.
Any promotional credit (e.g. "50% bonus", "2× API credit", "double your API") is benchmarked against the official list prices published by the respective Provider at the time of purchase, and is subject to the relay's live pricing and model availability. We fund your key with relay credit sufficient to consume approximately the advertised official-value amount; actual deliverable depends on the models you use and the relay's pricing, which may change. We do not guarantee an exact token count.
Payments are made in cryptocurrency and are final and non-reversible. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds except at our sole discretion. We may discontinue the service; if we do, we will endeavour to honour existing key balances but are not obligated to issue refunds.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, to generate illegal or harmful content, or in violation of the upstream relay's or any Provider's acceptable-use policy. We may revoke access for abuse or suspected abuse with no refund.
We may suspend or terminate any key or account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to DoppAPI's operations. In the event of any dispute, DoppAPI's sole obligation is, at its option, to discontinue service or credit remaining balance; we will not litigate.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
